Support My Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer?

Welcome to my Personal Page! The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting The Princess Margaret, is a 200K cycling journey from Toronto to Niagara Falls that I'm embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made! 

Contribute to this history-making event with a donation. Funds raised in The Ride to Conquer Cancer will support breakthrough research, exemplary teaching, and compassionate care at The Princess Margaret, one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world.

I volunteered at the 2011 ride and I was really moved by the spirit of all the riders.  So I signed up for the 2012 Ride to Conquer Cancer.  The 2012 ride is a very personal one for me.  Not only will this be my first time getting back on a bike since I was 15 years old, but more importantly, I will be riding as a brain cancer survivor.  I was diagnosed with brain cancer in November of 2010 at the age of 25.  Facing a cancer diagnosis has been life changing, and completing the 2012 ride will represent a huge personal triumph.  It's going to be epic.  

All proceeds raised will be going to Brain and CNS research at Princess Margaret.
